When buying a home, we will:

  • Communicate with you, your lender and the vendor’s lawyer with respect to closing;
  • Conduct title searches;
  • Arrange title insurance;
  • Prepare and review closing documents;
  • Registration of Mortgages (Charges);
  • Registration of Transfer/Deed;
  • Complete other important tasks for closing; and,
  • Provide you with a reporting package.
When selling a home, we will:
  • Communicate with you, your lender and the purchaser’s lawyer with respect to closing;
  • Conduct title searches;
  • Prepare and review closing documents;
  • Discharge and payout any outstanding mortgages (charges) if applicable;
  • Payout realtor fees (if applicable);
  • Payment of net sale proceeds to you;
  • Complete other important tasks for closing; and,
  • Provide you with a reporting package.
